When TeliMatrix acquired CI OmniBridge, Terry resigned from the CI board and joined TeliMatrix. Terry now heads up MiX Telematics Europe and is based in the UK. |

Afzal obtained a BCom degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1990 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994 having served his articles with Deloitte & Touche. Afzal was previously a director of Fusion Capital Corporate Finance, a division of Fusion Capital, a company listed on the JSE Securities Exchange. He was involved in a diverse range of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions activities, particularly in the field of Black Economic Empowerment. He joined Kagiso Group in 2001, and is a director of a vast number of the investee companies in the Kagiso Ventures portfolio. |
